Design
Our in-house design team delivered tailored acoustic screening solutions for four residential blocks. Each screen was carefully designed to integrate with the architecture, fixing neatly to the
inside of the parapet using our Parascreen system. The design process ensured both visual harmony and effective acoustic performance, screening rooftop chiller units from view and noise.
Key features
– Parascreen for a secure, non-penetrating deck to suit the roof design,
– Standard Screen finish polyester powder-coated to align with the planning and architectural packages.
– Acoustic + panels providing a 33db + NRC 1.0 reduction.
– Conforms to BS EN 5162006 and BS EN 1090 32008.
Installation
The installation, carried out by our team of Approved Installers, was made simple and efficient thanks to the design and preparation behind it. All components were fully prefabricated in our Leeds factory and delivered to site in flat-packed, crane-ready kits. This approach not only streamlined the installation process but also reduced on-site labour requirements and minimised waste.
