About the project
Design
The solution was designed by our in-house design team, who worked closely with the wider project stakeholders to ensure the enclosure met all relevant building and design requirements. Through clear communication and coordination, the team delivered a fully compliant design that integrated seamlessly with the existing architecture and overall building aesthetic. Additionally, the non-penetrating design provided a secure base for the chiller units without requiring any roof penetrations, reducing the risk of roof leaks and simplifying the installation process.

Installation
The two complete enclosures were installed in just 2 days with the modular, prefabricated design enabling a fast and efficient installation process All parts were pre-fabricated in our factory in Leeds and delivered flat-packed to site in kit form, minimizing onsite waste and labour.
