Configured Platforms run an Approved Installer Training Course here at our state of the art Training Venue with life size models of the complete product range. The training venue 17 Millshaw Park Avenue, Leeds, UK, LS11 0LR.
This is a free one day competency based tailored training course run by Configured Platforms to ensure Approved Installers have everything it takes to install all of the Configured Platforms Product Range to the highest standard of quality.
As this training course is product specific only and does not cover safety, and standard accepted industry work practises, it is offered only to persons that are deemed to be competent and are currently working in the building industry, based on proof provided of training certificates/licences/qualifications.
Approved Installers who wish to install the platforms for customers of Configured Platforms will be added to our Approved Installers list on our website to be contacted by our customers when they need platforms installed.
We run one training course each month and the dates of upcoming training courses with their available seats remaining is displayed below.
To apply to become an Approved Installer please fill in the Approved Installer Application Form including your preferred date and you will be assessed and advised on your booking.
Each Approved installer will receive an Approved Installer ID Card, and will need to commit to the requirements of our Configured Platforms Approved Installer Agreement.
Please be advised that you need to make your own transport arrangements to and from the Training Venue 17 Millshaw Park Avenue, Leeds, UK, LS11 0LR.
Details about the course:
- Starts 9:00am – Finishes 3:00pm
- Lunch 12:00pm – 1:00pm – Provided by Configured Platforms
- All training activities are indoors
- Mobile phones must be turned off
- Neat dress code – no shorts or caps
You will be provided:
- Training material
- Pen
- Bottle of water
- Lunch meal
- Approved Installer ID card on completion
- Approved Installer Agreement
What you need to bring:
- Proof of Identity – Licence or Passport
- Other relevant qualifications – Building, Roofing, Plumbing, A/C etc
